I had the best customer service experience I have ever had in this store. With the help of Eric, everything was a breeze, he went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed and was just such a delight to deal with. He even took time out of his day off to help organise a pick up from another store, second to none service. You are a legend Eric. Many thanks, you’re set the bar high! I usually don’t shop at this store as much in store because I’m kind of fat and I’ve heard horror stories about girls being body shamed who are much smaller than myself. However, today I stopped in here with my friend and Serena came up and greeted us she introduced herself and asked our names and referred to us by name for our entire visit. She made recommendations for my friend since she was looking for something specific but also made sure that I knew she could help me too if I found anything I wanted. We both ended up purchasing some new sweat sets and lounge wear. Just wanted to give Serena a massive shoutout and let her leadership know that she’s a super star staff member! She even engaged with my little baby which I always find endearing while shopping at these trendier stores.

Aritzia is usually hit or miss for me, clothing wise and customer service wise. However, I have never been disappointed in this location. I came a few years ago and had an amazing experience with one of the employees. Today I came to this location on my way to Edmonton and all the employees were very nice. Serena was amazing. I told her my issue (never been able to fit into any Aritzia pant before, regardless of size) and she told me she was going to challenge me on that. Not only did she bring me the best pair of dress pants I’ve ever owned, but I think my boyfriend was more impressed with her than I was (she even asked for his name too, which he thought was very nice of her). Can’t recommend this place, especially Serena, enough.

Aritzia at CrossIron Mills offers stylish clothing, from everyday basics to trendy pieces. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the display felt a bit disorganized during my visit, which made browsing slightly frustrating. Despite that, the quality and style of the clothing make it worth a visit.

We went in looking for a specific item and the size needed was not on the rack. Eric came over to ask if we needed any help. He checked the stock and advised we could order from another store and he would have it shipped to our house as this location was all sold out. He called the store in Vancouver and got it all sorted for us. Keeping in mind this was all done almost at closing time. Eric was super accommodating and helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. Just wanted to recognize a great job done and Eric’s superb customer service skills. Thanks again !
